"I requested a quote about six years ago from State Farm, and was assigned to this agency based on geographic location. Beyond the fact that it was a great quote, the agents were very friendly and very helpful throughout the process. I felt like they cared about my business and my personal needs. I moved all of my insurance to them, and have not looked back even once. Their promptness and Customer Service are second to none. I recently purchased a car on a Friday at 4:30 in the afternoon, I reached out to them Sure, enough,, they got the policy written, and I had the insurance cards that I needed to get my Car that day instead of having to wait until Monday. That may seem like just a small thing, but to me it was huge, and they were happy to help. Just recently, I moved my parents home to them as well, and as usual, they were prompt, responsive, and got the policy written. In less than two hours from the time that I called, I had the insurance documents in my Inbox, not to mention the huge discount, they were able to get me. If this were a one time thing, I would say yes, the business is great, but having the same experience time after time again makes them exceptional. Of course, as business. They truly care about making money, but they put their customers first. They find me every bit of savings I can get, which is money out of their pockets, they really are looking out for their customers. That is exceptional Customer Service in my opinion. The whole team is great. I had my initial experience with Amy, I was very pleased with the response and the service. When I would call the office, I would ask for her every time, but once when I called, she was not available , and I needed something done fairly quickly. Another agent helped me and my experience was exactly the same. I have worked with everybody there at least once and I have yet to have a single issue with anything they have said or done. They call back when they say they will, they get things to you when they say they will, and they stand behind their work. I have no problem, giving them a five star recommendation, and I can and will continue to use them for all of my insurance needs. Call them, there’s no obligation to get a quote, and you won’t be sorry that you did."
