"Completely incompetent. I had to contact this office several times because they got my middle name wrong on all of my policy documents, despite me raising the issue when they initially made the mistake. They falsify defensive driving class records. They added someone else's car to my policy in order to qualify me for a multi-vehicle discount to get me to stay with them. They also pay for positive reviews with Amazon gift cards, a violation of FTC rules. They issued a totally new policy number at least a dozen times over the term of my policy, presumably to goose their metrics. Avoid these jokers."

"I cannot say enough on how incredible Ryan Platz State Farm Insurance is. Ryan took the time for 45 minutes to go over all of my policies and tweaked them in ways that benefited me financially and with more protection on everything, which includes all our automotive, life insurance, pet insurance and homeowners insurance. He made me aware of so many perks on my policies that I had no idea existed, he’s incredible. His team is always a pleasure to talk to and they are so professional. I actually feel very comfortable and protected with this group of people, I feel like they really care and that’s not a trait that’s easy to find these days. "Ryan Platz agency is the worst agency I've ever dealt with!! A simple task of even changing a car on my policy. They dropped my car off THE POLICY completely and left me driving with no insurance didn't even TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE! ! Instead Ryan Platz told me it it was no big deal, stuck up for his employee, then proceeded to joke and lied about making good for their mess up on top of everything! I did not choose this agency, unfortunately my agent passed away and we were transferred to this office do not use this office they can't get anything right!"
